The Ayii Anargyri Natural Healing Spa & Resort is a new luxury boutique hotel and spa resort in a former monastery in Miliou near Polis in Cyprus. Nestled in the forests of the Chrysocho Valley this adults-only hotel offers a quiet retreat with treatments in the state of the art spa, sulphur pools, gourmet dining, and an emphasis is on personal service for the 150 guests that can be accommodated over 56 comfortable guestrooms and bungalows. Facilities

Food, drink and entertainment: Bed and Breakfast accommodation with an option for Half Board. All meals are a la carte including breakfast, and the hotel employs top chefs so the haut cuisine menu features delicacies like oysters with lemon froth and langoustine with crayfish bisque. Many of the ingredients are sourced locally. There is a great main bar with a 42’ TV and fireplace with humidor and cigars on request. Ask the restaurant about private dining options.

Sport and Leisure: Freshwater outdoor swimming pool, trickling fountain and terrace. The magnificent spa is a two-minute walk along the lane from the hotel and its centre-pieces are the three sulphur springs pools. Guests have free use of the Gym, designated Saunas, and sulphur pools at the Spa (designated hours). A huge variety of treatments for health and beauty (with charge).

Rooms

The Ayii Anargyri Natural Healing Spa & Resort feature 56 Double Standard, Original Rooms, Garden Bungalows and Bungalows with Jacuzzi. All rooms have air conditioning (heating system for winter), flat screen TV, Internet connection as well as hair dryer and mini safe. The Original Rooms can accommodate two guests and offer character and a sense of history with high ceilings and parquet floors. King sized beds are available and the healing waters are on tap in the room. The Bungalows have access to both natural and healing waters and some bungalows have a Jacuzzi and a supply of sulphurous water which is particularly healing for conditions such as arthritis, muscle and joint pain, stomach complaints and rheumatism.
