Description
Recently renovated throughout, the Hermes boasts well appointed guest rooms and beautifully decorated public areas. Adjacent to its sister hotel, the Coral, the Hermes enjoys the same panoramic views over the Gulf of Mirabello and is just 5 minutes from Aghios Nikolaos centre with its famous “bottomless lake”. There is a small sandy beach 300 metres along the coastal road and Heraklion airport is 65 kms away.
Facilities
The hotel offers a roof-top swimming pool, sun terraces, fitness centre, sauna, massage, solarium, aerobics, dive and water-sport centre on the beach, 5th floor air-conditioned restaurant with wonderful sea views, coffee shop, snack bar with sea views, main bar, jewellers, TV lounge, reception (24 hours), a beer/wine bar "Zali" (ground floor) and a conference room (250 capacity). An underground passage leads from the hotel to a small beach, opposite. Sunbeds and umbrellas at the pool are free but not at the beach.
